ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) The petitioner has come to this Court challenging the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.1124/2020/A2 dated 02.03.2022 by the 1st respondent, namely, The Block Development Officer, Thali, Krishnagiri District, on the ground that the 1st respondent failed to see that no survey is taken as directed by this Court and no measurement is given about the width of canal as per FMB, as a result, the original course of the canal totally changed and the same has been reduced. 2.Though the petitioner has raised so many grounds in his affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has not been even able to substantiate before this Court that there is any encroachment in the canal-in-question, on the other hand, the impugned order also shows that there is no encroachment made on the water canal. Therefore, we find no merit in the present Writ Petition. 3.In the result, the Writ Petition fails and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
