ANAND VENKATESH, J., Pursuant to the earlier orders passed by this Court on 01.07.2022, the matter was taken up for hearing today and the compliance report has been filed. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is seen from the compliance report that the pension under the scheme has been sanctioned with effect from 08.08.2011 onwards. Since the petitioner died during the pendency of this Contempt Petition, her legal representatives have been brought on record and they have been directed to submit the necessary documents to enable the respondents to process the application and to pay the pension amount.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relevant documents will be submitted to the respondent and requested for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to process the application and to pay the pension amount within a reasonable time.

4. The impleaded petitioners, who are the legal heirs of the deceased Lazarammal, shall submit all the relevant documents before the concerned authority on or before 22.07.2022. The respondent, on receipt of the same, shall process the same and the amount shall be settled on or before 26.08.2022.
