This petition is filed to condone the delay of 54 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 54 days in filing the Criminal Appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
