Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the concerned records relating to order No. A/2546/97 dated 25.09.2003 passed by the fourth respondent and order No. Proc No. DC4/11967/2006-1 dated 25.09.2009 and Proc No. DC4/11967/2006-2 dated 25.09.2009 passed by the second respondent and notice Letter No. 345/A46(1)/2010-2 dated 30.08.2011 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service w.e.f. 30.09.2009 and settle all his retirement benefits including pension, arrears of pension, etc together with eligible interest.
