By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent has acquired 2 acres of land in Survey No.168 of Hosur Village belonging to his father, namely, M.Venkatesh. As per G.O.Ms.No.188, Personnel and Administrative Reforms [Personal-P] Department, dated 28.12.1976, the petitioner sent a proposal to appoint him on priority basis [land loser]. Since the benefits was not extended to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 12.06.2015 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents 1 and 3. Since no order has been passed by the respondents 1 and 3, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Thirupathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned Standing Counsel for TNHB takes notice on behalf of the third respondent.
4.This Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copy of the relevant records, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents, on receipt of the same, are directed to consider the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks therefrom and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
