Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed along with this petition filed to condone the delay of 2172 days in representing the review application in S.R. No. 17596 of 2018.

2. It is contended that due to the pendency of SLP filed by the petitioner before the Hon'ble Apex Court and which was pending till 30.01.2024, the petitioner did not pursue the review application, as such, the delay occurred in representation.

3. Admittedly, the petition for Special Leave to Appeal in (C) Nos. 18573-18574 of 2018 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court by its order dated 31.01.2024.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in representing the review application.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
