ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.556 of 2021 dated 30.12.2021 on the file of the 1 st respondent police as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur, on 04.01.2025 vide Ref.No.LTN20230003028/C202500003.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
