ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 with regard to refixation of pay and sanction of arrears for the petitioner's service based on restored original seniority.
2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
