Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Commissioner, Coimbatore Municipality, the 2nd respondent herein culminating in Na.Ka.No.3712 of 2014/E3(M) dated 16.02.2015 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to take any steps to retire the petitioner on 30.06.2015 A.N. as Sanitary Worker from the 3rd respondent department in pursuance of the order in Na.Ka.No.3712/2014/E3(M) dated 16.02.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent.
