ORDER

After commencing of the trial, this petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4719/2020 on the file of the Hon'ble Special Court for CCB & CBCID, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008.

2. This Court finds that whatever the points raised in this petition has to be canvassed before the Court of Trial by let in evidence and cross-examined the witnesses. Hence, this Court cannot short-circuit of the trial by entertaining the petition to quash the proceedings pending before the Trial Court.
