C.M.P.No.8937 of 2020 in S.A.No.SR34195 of 2020 P.T. ASHA, J, This application is filed to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. The respondent has been served and he has entered appearance through counsel.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner has not paid huge arrears of maintenance.

4. However, sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the delay is condoned. This petition is ordered.
