Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Assistant Commissioner, Coimbatore West Division, Coimbatore Municipality, the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2865/2015/A11 dated 07.04.2015 and quash the same and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to take any steps from retiring the petitioner on 30.06.2015 A.N. in pursuance of the superannuation order passed by the 3rd respondent on 07.04.2015.
