This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in E.O.C.C.No.82/2019 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Economic Offences-I, Egmore, Chennai, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 211(7) of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 129(7) of the Companies Act, 2013 on the file of the respondent, as against the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
