2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6960 of 2016 has been complied with, inasmuch as the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.1181 of 2014 and have filed the charge sheet in C.C.No.617 of 2020 in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.
