ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the drinking water Well is being constructed in the burial ground.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the construction of the Well has been stopped. Survey would be conducted and upon survey, if it is found that the said Well is situated in the burial ground, then decision would be taken to construct the Well elsewhere.

4. In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8106 of 2024 is closed.
