Heard Mrs. M.Udhaya Bhanu, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. F.B.Benjamin George, Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Respondents to conduct enquiry and verify the originality of the documents given by the Fourth Respondent in proof of her educational qualification by considering the representation dated 23.03.2016 made by the Petitioner. 3.

In the Counter-Affidavit dated 04.01.2019 filed by the First and Second Respondents, it has been stated that the Fourth Respondent had taken voluntary retirement from service and was relieved from the services of the First and Second Respondent on 06.07.2016 and his terminal benefits excluding Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) have been disbursed to her. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs. 2/4
