The petitioner, as de-facto complainant, had lodged a complaint to the CCB, Avadi and a case in Crime No.74 of 2025 has been filed. Thereafter, no

proper investigation has been done, inspite of a representation sent to the Higher Officials. Hence, the petitioner filed the above petition to transfer the investigation in Crime No.74 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID and Direct the CBCID to conduct a fair, impartial and time bond investigation.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.74 of 2025 is for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of I.P.C., 1860, against 9 named persons and 5 others. Now, the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN-20230002584C202600019, before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, on 26.02.2026.

3.Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 10-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order GSA
