O R D E R

This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking leave to receive additional documents on the plaintiff's side. The applicant has further stated that the documents are in her custody and are vital for proper adjudication of the lis, and that the delay in filing them is neither wilful nor wanton. The respondent side has stated that the documents sought to be filed are unnecessary for the case.

2. Having regard to the nature of the suit and the explanation offered, this Court is of the view that the documents may be received, leaving all questions of proof, relevancy and admissibility open.

3. Accordingly, A.No.1064 of 2026 is allowed. The additional documents filed by the applicant/plaintiff shall be received and taken on file, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility at the time of marking. No costs. 01.04.2026 nvi
