O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the second respondent to rescue the detenue Devi, who is none other than the daughter of the petitioner.

2. The name of the detenue is Ms.Devi and she is aged about 20 years.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the copy of the statement dated 29.12.2017 was furnished by the petitioner. The said statement records that the daughter of the petitioner had been secured by the respondent police and handed over to the petitioner.

4.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken, in respect of the grounds raised in the Habeas Corpus Petition, . Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
