This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 156 days in representing the the above review petition.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not willing to press this petition, hence, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
