By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that she has purchased a cultivable land admeasuring to an extent of 0.17 1⁄4 acres in Survey No.57/1 and 11 1⁄2 acres in Survey No.58/2, Periya Chozhiyambakkam, Yenadhimelpakkam Post, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by means of a registered sale deed dated 8.11.1990, (Document No.2282/1990 - Sub Registrar, Gummidipoondi). The petitioner would further claim that from the year 1990 onwards, she is in exclusive
possession and enjoyment of the said property and also paying statutory levies in favour of the concerned authorities and also sold a part of the said land in favour of one Mari by means of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.1026/1994, registered at the Office of the Sub Registrar, Gummidipoondi. The petitioner, in respect of the remaining land, has submitted an application to the third respondent for issuance of patta and since she has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, has drawn the attention of this Court to the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.1207/2015/a2 dated 16.2.2015, sent to the Office of the first respondent, and would submit that in the light of the said recommendation, there cannot be any impediment for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner and prays for appropriate orders. 4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents.
5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.3.2015, in accordance with law, after taking into consideration the above cited proceedings, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
