ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, at Tiruvallur, to dispose of the I.A.No.7 of 2025 in OS No.67 of 2024 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Court.

2. The defendants filed I.A.No.7 of 2025 before the trial court and sought for interim injunction against the plaintiff who caused interference to take his

car through the gate of "B" schedule property. In that application, the respondent / plaintiff filed counter objections, but the Court below failed to dispose of the same. Therefore, filed this revision.

3. Considering the submission on the side of the revision petitioners, the trial court is directed to dispose of the I.A.No.7 of 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above directions. No costs.
