Respondents PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the petition & orders of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchengode dated 19.07.2017 in I.A.No.23 of 2009 in OS.No.111 of 2006 For Petitioners : Mr.P.Valliappan

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has challenged the order dated 19.07.2017 in I.A.No.23 of 2009 in O.S.No.111 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchengode, wherein the petitioners have requested for appointment of Advocate Commissioner. Further, the petitioners have filed an application in I.A.No.682 of 2017 to bring the LR's of the 28th respondent in the aforesaid suit. The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit at this stage, it is sufficient to direct the court below to dispose of the I.A.No.682 of 2017 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitionerS, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the

I.A.No.682 of 2017 in the aforesaid suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
