ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for contempt of court as he willfully violated the order of this Hon'ble court in W.P.No.33583 of 2019 dated 10.12.2019. 2.

Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the Director of Indian Medicine and Homeopathy, by proceeding dated 18.08.2020 has increased the subsistence allowance from 50% to 75%. By bringing to the notice of this Court the said proceeding, he submitted that the orders passed by this Court had been complied with and a copy of the proceeding was also sent through E-mail.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed.
