Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the orders passed by the respondent in his Office proceedings R.No.5252/FSSA/2013-S1, dated 28.09.2013, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential benefits.

This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order of suspension passed by the respondent in proceedings R.No.5252/FSSA/2013-S1, dated 28.09.2013, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with consequential benefits.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the impugned order of suspension vide proceedings in R.No.5252/FSSA/2013-S1, dated 28.09.2013 was revoked by the Commissioner (i/c), Food Safety and Drug Administration Department, Chennai-600 006, dated 02.01.2020 under Sub Rule (e) (6) Rule 7 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Disciplinary and Appeal) Rules.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader as well as the copy of the proceeding is placed on record and there is no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
