The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that conditional order imposed by this Court by order dated 08.12.2015, has been complied with by the petitioner. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent prays for earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.303 of 2005, pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Attur.

3. Since the suit is of the year 2005, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
