This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to enter into the ground floor of the house situated at No.35/44, Arignar Anna Melchetty Street, Villupuram, Villupuram District on the basis of the Written Representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganatha, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner and the 3rd respondents are siblings and there are civil disputes between them. He would further submit that the parties will be summoned and enquired, and if necessary, appropriate police protection would be given to the petitioner.
