This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thavalakuppam Police Station, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayed sought for in this petition, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2025 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
