This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.5919 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 3rd saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders as ordered in Crl.MP.No.1579 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.5919 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para 4, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.5919 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 3rd saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders as ordered in Crl.MP.No.1579 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.5919 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024, is relaxed.
