JUDGMENT

[Judgement of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the main writ petition in W.P.No.15355 of 2019 itself has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 08.04.2022 and therefore, sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to file a petition for restoration. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a petition for restoration.
