This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the case in Cr.No.107 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by the Petitioner enquiry has been conducted in Crime No.107 of 2022 dated 25.01.2022 and the case has been closed as Mistake of Facts on 15.02.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, the criminal original petition stands closed with the direction to the respondent to serve closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same before the jurisdictional Court in accordance with law.
