O R D E R

Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel, has entered appearance for the respondents.

2.It is not in issue that disputes inter se the parties are liable to be referred to arbitration by this Court. However, learned counsel for the respondent suggests that an endeavour be first made through mediation. 3.It is, thus, agreed that the matter be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court Campus and parties will appear before the Centre at 2.15 p.m. on 29.04.2015. If no settlement is arrived at within a period of 60 days from the first day of commencement of the mediation proceedings or any extended period thereof as may be granted by the Court, the disputes will be resolved through arbitration of the Sole Arbitrator and by consent, I appoint Mr.Justice K.Venkataraman, a retired Judge of this Court, to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties. As agreed by the learned counsel for parties, the arbitration will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.

4.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
