This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 23.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.82 of 2016, against the opposite party.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegation, the respondent-Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in CSR.No.82 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
