This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking to amend the long and short cause title as stated in the schedule annexed to the Judges summons.

2. It is averred in the application that the suit was filed by the plaintiff, when it was a partnership firm. Now, "Narasu's Coffee Company" underwent changes and became "SRI NARASU'S COFFEE COMPANY LIMITED" and then converted into a private limited company as "SRI NARASU'S COFEE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED" under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.

3. For such changes, documents have also been filed along with the application.

Therefore, the amendment sought for is to be allowed.

4. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
