PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C,to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide a police protection for putting up the fencing in agricultural land in S.No.283/2A measuring 5.47 acres and S.No.282/1 measuring 4 acres situated in Chinnapallam, Nerinjipettai, Village, Andhiyur Taluk.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide a police protection for putting up the fencing in agricultural land in S.No.283/2A measuring 5.47 acres and S.No.282/1 measuring 4 acres at Chinnapallam, Nerinjipettai, Village, Andhiyur Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's land is an agricultural land and he putting up the fencing in his land.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
