Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records relating to the order of detention in Memo.1263/BDFGISSV/2014, dated 16/09/2014 passed by the 2nd respondent and to set aside the same and also to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband Abdullah, son of Bailwan, aged about 25 years, who is presently confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, to be produced before this Hon`ble court and set at liberty.

The petitioner has come forward with this petition challenging the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 16.9.2014.
2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned detention order dated 16.9.2014 had been revoked, and that the learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
