ORDER

After some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an application for contempt to implement the order dated 31.3.2015, made in W.P.No.9220/2015, and also made an endorsement to that effect.
