This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute sureties and to comply with the order as imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31057 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and to comply with the condition, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
