ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct a fair and proper investigation in Cr.No.304 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police and file the final report before the appropriate Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court expeditiously. The said statement is recorded.
