O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decretal order in E.P. No.67 of 2014 in RCOP. No.227 of 2011 dated 08.08.2017 and 11.09.2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 27.11.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 12.12.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
