ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also seeks direction for completion of the trial in C.C.No.399 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gingee. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.It is seen that the offence had taken place in the year 2017 and the charge sheet filed in the year 2018. Finding that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there are only 17 witnesses in this case and the victim is the lady, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee to complete the trial in C.C.No.399 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
