ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents fix the pay grade of Rs.7700/- for the post of Super Grade Sanitary Inspector 1/3

Dr.D.NAGARJUN.J, from which this petitioner had retired on superannuation and consequently direct the respondent to refund Rs.10,000/- illegally deducted based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2015. 2.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is present.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on the last occasion. Today, this matter is listed under the caption " for dismissal", none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
