These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 1393 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant in the suit in C.S.No.93 of 2010.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are allowed.
