2.Mr.V.Murali, learned counsel would submit that Mr.J.Chandran, takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
3.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got serious objections in allowing the application.
4.The petitioner would aver that due to ill-health - jaundice and chronic liver inflammation, a delay of 441 days occurred in preferring the above Appeal in C.M.A.SR. No.34321 of 2026.
5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered. The interest for the delay period of 441 days is hereby directed to be waived.
