ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in W.P.No. 8824 of 2016, dated 27.04.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, submitted that the 1st respondent had considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order on 27.09.2018. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the order dated 27.09.2018, which was also served on the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner today.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.09.2018, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to to challenge the order dated 27.09.2018, in accordance with law.
