This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.It is seen that the petitioner already approached this Court in W.P.No.26793 of 2017 dated 07.09.2018 and this Court observed the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader that the department has not taken any steps to close the pathway being used by the adjacent land owners and the petitioner cannot claim any right over the same and closed the Writ petition. Now, the petitioner seeks police protection to use the said pathway. In this regard, the petitioner also submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 11.02.2019. 3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on his complaint with the counter part after giving opportunities and pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition disposed of.
