Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose off the representation dated 28.01.2025 given by the petitioner to appoint him and his brother as hereditary Muthavalli for Manimangalam Ashoorkhana (GS No.202) and Masjid E Rahamthia / Hazarat Syed Rahaathulla Sha Kadheri Darga (GS No.218) and pass such other or further order.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025. By the said application, the petitioner is praying to appoint himself and his brother as the hereditary mutawalli for Manimangalam Ashoorkhana (GS No.202) and Masjid E Rahamthia / Hazarat Syed Rahaathulla Sha Kadheri Darga (GS No.218).

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the proforma in respect of the said proposal is also filed before this Court.

3. Mr.Avinash Wadhwani, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents.

4. In view of the limited prayer that is made, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

5. The application made by the petitioner shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and the final orders shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt / production of the website uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy.
