The amendment was sought to rectify the date of the impugned order, which is wrongly stated in the prayer of the writ petition.

2. The respondent have no objection in allowing the said amendment.

3. In view of the no objection offered by the respondent and this Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the above miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
