Prayer: The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to set aside the decree and Judgment, dated 08.07.2014 passed in A.S.No.5 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District, confirming the decree and Judgment, dated 13.07.2012 passed in O.S.No.365 of 2007 by the District Munsif Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District by allowing this Second appeal. It is stated that the sole respondent is no more. The notice sent to the sole respondent has been returned with an endorsement died as early as on 03.09.2015. The appellants have not taken any steps.
