This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 02.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.165 of 2016, against the opposite party.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegation, the respondent-Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in CSR.No.165 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
